I cannot even express my excitiement at the fact that Zooey is debuting her fashion line this evening in none other than Omaha, NE! Unfortunately I cannot be there, but I know that she is going to be simply splendid and knock there socks off...literally. Later this week I hope to post some photos we took when I was in town of some of her dresses...just wait till you see these beauties!!! Zooey I love you and miss you so much!!! <3 <3 <3

Time to take it all in and realize that your getting there. You are learning to step up and grab those dog-gone reigns and command your sleigh. Freedom is a beautiful thing, but scary. And even when you think you are completely free you never are because someone somewhere has got a hold on you and no matter how much you think you can shake it you cant....and it blows, hardcore. Yet you live in your cage of freedom and feel like a grand conquistador because you have trampled, squashed, and forced your mind to bury the thought of that nagging nag; you think you have conquered the life of freedom. 

My Gratitude is Beyond Words

Wonderful news folks...just marvelous like this heart shaped waffle....news that lets me know there is hope and lots of it. Things have been a bit rough around the edges, but all is well because I just purchased a pair of woolly mammoth lace up boots that are absolutely stunning! And I found out that the next year will bring on more fascinating adventures than the last one...if you know what I mean which I am sure you don't because 'you' does not even exist other than zooey, which hardly counts since we are living side by side. I wonder if I could ever escalade this into a very amusing blog that people who have pretty hair and nice teeth talk about over tea and cakes? "you" think thats possible...ha-ha-ha-ha (say it like a raspy voices french woman). Just a thought, no harm done...yet!

Did I mention I like Ms. Plath and I love Italy!!!!

Fictional Darlings: Holly Golightly

An obvious choice, again, i know, but Holly Golightly is timeless and a must on a fictional heros list! seriously she has got it good. she does not want to let someone/anyone trap her in a cage...she will be free and she will live her life the way she wants to! at least before the big guy comes and in and pulls that whole kiss in the rain with the cat, oh so dramatic...but oh so classic just like Tiffany's
